We have several full-time, 12-month contract roles available across:

  • South-Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne

  • North-Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne

  • Mornington Peninsula

As a GP Sales Representative, you will:

  • Complete training requirements, including product exams and Medicines Australia (MA) qualification.

  • Build trusted partnerships with General Practitioners, retail pharmacies, and allied health staff.

  • Present product efficacy, safety, and approved indications to support on-label prescribing.

  • Develop local business plans with your Sales Manager to exceed sales targets and call execution goals.

  • Use digital tools and data insights to understand customer needs and drive smarter decisions.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, demographics, and therapeutic areas in your territory.

  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and the MA Code of Conduct.

What We’re Looking For

Essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification)

  • Experience in sales and/or medical background

  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and collaboration abilities

  • Ability to plan, organise, and drive business performance

Desirable:

  • Pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience in Australia

  • Knowledge of disease areas, brands, and healthcare landscape

  • Experience using data, CRM systems, and digital tools to drive sales outcomes
